"Treat Sushi," created in collaboration with Sushi Yukan, is now available!

We take pride in our sushi rice, which is “hand-prepared” fresh daily in-store using “Asahi”—a rare, little-known variety of rice from Okayama Prefecture. Our additive-free pure rice vinegar brings out the umami of the toppings to the fullest.

From fatty salmon and rich tuna to meat sushi that blends perfectly with the rice, you can enjoy authentic nigiri—the perfect treat between rounds of yakiniku—starting at 209 yen (tax included).
